(Kuala Lumpur, 24th September 2020) IBC Assets Berhad has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with a Digital & Shariah Trustee: Amanah Warisan Berhad (AWARIS). The companies will collaborate on comprehensive corporate trust and custodial solutions in creating and operating the safest, most efficient working capital finance marketplace for providing trust solutions for both investors and borrowers. In doing so, the parties aim to disrupt the traditional business financing model that is both time consuming, prone to risk, and inefficient.
Both parties are delighted to enter into this collaboration agreement. IBC Assets Berhad has an experienced team in capital finance and fundraising. As its commercial projects continue to grow in size and complexity, it is doubly important to have a strong partner such as AWARIS, both for standardizing large scale trust solutions, custodial and administration.
